Detective Shunsaku Ban and his nephew Kenichi visit Metropolis in search of the criminal Dr. Laughton, but they find themselves seperated and plunged into the middle of a larger conspiracy. While Shunsaku searches for answers, Kenichi tries to protect the mysterious Tima from Duke Red and his son Rock.
