For the fifth year, the AnimeFest Art Show and Bazaar are working together to promote the Bazaar artists. Each Bazaar table has an opportunity to put one piece of art on the Bazaar panel in the Art Show.

Registration Information
Please download, read, sign and return the Bizarre Bazaar registration packet.You will need a valid Texas Sales Tax ID in order to participate. - Do not send us your original Texas Sales Tax Certificate.
Bazaar registration is a 2-step process:
1. Request approval and acknowledge our rules by reading the information packet, initialing where needed, fill out and sign last page. Email, fax or mail in full copy of packet. Do not send in payment with this form.
2. Once Bazaar Management has received your completed form and checked availability, if approved you will be sent a Bazaar Registration Form. Please fill out, sign and send in the registration form with full payment to reserve space.
AnimeFest reserves the right to decline a booth request.
