Thank you for your interest in AnimeFest. We strive to offer the best con-going experience year after year for everyone involved - from members to vendors to volunteers. By providing you with a great opportunity to sell your products, you can help us provide as many possible options for our members to obtain one-of-the-kind merchandise. From artwork to jewelry, to plushies, handmade clothing and accessories, and more, our members are always on the lookout for new venues to view and purchase these items.


For the eighth year, the AnimeFest Art Show and Bazaar are working together to promote the Bazaar artists. Each Bazaar table has an opportunity to put one piece of art on the Bazaar panel in the Art Show. Check out Art Show Registration


AnimeFest aims to provide a wide variety of merchandise within the Bizarre Bazaar marketplace in order for vendors to have a greater commercial opportunity.

Steps to Register

Registration for Animefest Bizarre Bazaar is a Three -step process:

1. Request approval and acknowledge our rules by reading the information packet, initialing all sections where applicable, filling out and Electronically sign the request form (last page). Packet / Bizarre Bazaar Request Form

2. Once Bizarre Bazaar Management has received your completed packet with request form and checked for availability, if approved, you will be emailed a Bizarre Bazaar Registration Forms link. You will then need to fill out, sign and submit the registration form.

3. Within 48 hours of completion of the form you will be emailed instructions on how to pay online at animefest.org

Your booth reservation is incomplete until we have received all registration forms and payment. We reserve the right to give away your Bizarre Bazaar booth reservation to another vendor if the registration process is not completed by Saturday, April 9, 2016

To register you will need to be 18 years old. If you are a minor (under 18 years old), your parent or legal guardian will need to register for you.

Animefest reserves the right to decline a booth request.
